Almost final version of the game

There were a lot of little changes this week. Most of them have to do with game balance and making it a bit easier for the player.
- Eliminated the bottom row to give the players some more time to react.
- Changed the color of the the enemy bullet so it doesn't get lost in the bodys of ships.
- Slowed the progression of the speedup for ships per level, makes the game last a little longer
- Enemies don't start shooting on each level until the first player shot is fired. This helps prevent the instant deaths some players where getting when they flipped from level to level.
This might be my last build for this months game unless someone has an argument for something I really should change.
